In order for us to support our customers we need to prepare for the future

Terra Cat is one of the largest employers of Heavy Automotive Engineering Apprentices in New Zealand with about 50 people enrolled in our programs at any one time. An apprenticeship with us will set you up for a successful career within our industry which is fueled by technical advances and is constantly evolving.

Our Gough Institute of Training in-house facility gives our Apprentices invaluable knowledge, training and support and allows the opportunity to provide Apprenticeships throughout the company.

Your Apprenticeship success will offer endless opportunities for a diverse long-term career within Terra Cat. Working in Antarctica, open coal or gold mining locations, leadership or technical roles are just a few options open to you. Many of our team members began their careers as a Terra Cat Apprentice and have enjoyed diverse careers full of highlights and achievements.
