We are committed first and foremost to the safety of our Terra Cat team and the wider community, and so we are following the Government’s advice and partially closing down our business.
We know some of you are listed by the Government as businesses providing essential services. If you are on the Government’s list of essential businesses, we will support you in these ways:
All branches will operate a parts ordering service by phone or email only (please don’t walk in).
You can order parts at the Cat parts store online (accessed via www.terracat.co.nz).
Parts ordering through our Customer Support Centre continues on 0800 93 39 39 from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We will operate a parts distribution service from our Auckland and Christchurch centres, this is only to support essential services. All parts will be sent by courier and not be available for pick up.
Each branch will maintain a limited standby crew of Field Technicians to support Customers that provide essential services. Before deploying technical staff, you’ll need to complete a specific work authorisation form.
Limited services will continue in our Oil Lab for customers in essential businesses.
Sales staff (Parts and Service, Machines and Power Systems) will be available by phone and email if required.
We want to support Customers as best we can, while meeting the Government’s expectations and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
