An apprenticeship with Terra is recognised as one of the best training programmes in our industry. It’s a highly sought-after apprenticeship that sets graduates up for rewarding and fulfilling careers, whether on the tools or in other roles.

We work in partnership with our Australian sister company, Hastings Deering, to deliver this comprehensive four-year programme. The curriculum includes block courses offshore, and on completion, graduates receive a Level III Qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, recognised across Australia and New Zealand.

Apprentices Start Their Brisbane Training

Ten Terra Cat apprentices arrived in Brisbane in March 2024, signalling the start of our all-new training partnership with Hastings Deering. The group will travel to Hastings Deering twice a year for training.
