Executive Manager Customer Experience
Angie MacDonald has worked for Terra Cat since April 2021 and is based in Christchurch.
Before that, Angie worked for 30 years in the industrial gas and consumables industry. During that time Angie held various management roles in finance, operations, sales, and customer experience in Christchurch and Auckland.
Angie’s responsibilities at Terra include:
Leading the Customer Service Centre
Analysing customer feedback and insights to identify trends and areas to improve customer experience
Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Angie is passionate about customer experience and how we can continuously improve to meet our customer’s needs. Holding our customers first and foremost in our daily operations differentiates us from our competitors, creating customer loyalty and increasing employee engagement.
While not at work, Angie enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeps busy working on her home and garden in the Banks Peninsula.
