Executive Manager Markets and Digital Adoption
Chris Amor has worked for Terra Cat since November 2021 and is based in Auckland.
Before that, Chris has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience across multiple industries, including 10 years with Caterpillar Inc. which saw him hold positions throughout Australia and Southeast Asia. With a Bachelor of Business and Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Chris’ depth of knowledge includes manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, not-for-profit, and channel management.
Chris’ responsibilities at Terra include:
Head of marketing with accountability for managing all aspects of brand, event, promotional, and strategic activities to achieve profitable market share
Head of aftermarket product management, including the development of go-to-market initiatives, commodity strategy deployment, and the delivery of parts revenue budgets
Ownership for increasing customer adoption of our digital platforms and growing our eCommerce channel Parts.Cat.Com
Chris takes immense pride in witnessing how our customers help build and improve New Zealand with Cat equipment. He is passionate about our customer’s success and likes demonstrating the value our solutions deliver to meet their project needs. Chris also finds satisfaction in supporting his team to deliver a positive impact across the entire business.
While not at work, you can find Chris training for his next half marathon, trying to hit a golf ball straight, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. However, above all else, spending time with his wife and two children at a beach or a park is what makes him happy the most.
