Executive Manager Health, Safety and Sustainability
Tracey Ritchie has worked for Terra Cat since January 2019 and is based in Christchurch.
Before that, Tracey had nearly 20 years of experience in the People and Culture space in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Since 2010, Tracey has worked in various industries in People and Culture management roles and in the United Kingdom as a Human Resources Continuous Improvement Project Manager.
Tracey recently joined the Health, Safety and Sustainability team.
Tracey’s responsibilities at Terra include:
Lead and manage all aspects of health, safety and environment in New Zealand
Provide leadership, technical support, coaching and upskilling to line management and the safety team to build culture, maintain compliance and continuously improve safety performance
Manage enterprise risk reporting and processes for the business
Tracey values the importance of health and safety in the business and ensures we all get home safe every day. She is passionate about sustainability and how important this is to make a difference in everyone’s future.
While not at work, Tracey enjoys travel, oil painting, tennis, walking her dogs, learning new things and spending time with friends and family.
