Used Equipment Invitation to Offer Terms & Conditions
Customers shall submit their offers on the Invitation to Offer Form which can be found here: Invitation to Offer Form
All offers shall be signed and submitted by email to usedequipment@terracat.co.nz by 5pm on 30 June 2025 (“final submission date”).
Terra reserves the right to extend the final submission date and will notify this via the offer website and by email to Customers who have already submitted offers.
Terra will not accept offers received after the final submission date. We strongly recommend that Customers send their offers at least 4 hours before the final submission date and time.
All equipment sold under this process will be sold on Terra’s standard Sales Terms. These are attached to the Invitation to Offer Form.
All equipment offered in this offer is used secondhand equipment. It is offered As-Is, Where-Is with all known and unknown faults. Warranty is neither given nor implied and Terra does not warrant that they are fit for any particular purpose.
Terra encourages Customers to view equipment they are interested in at the location specified on the website. Contact usedequipment@terracat.co.nz to arrange an inspection.
All equipment is offered Ex-Works from the location specified on the website listing.
Terra will acknowledge all offers received.
Terra will consider all offers received and reserves the right to negotiate Customer offers at any point in the process and also accept suitable offers in advance of the final submission date.
Terra reserves the right not to accept any offers received during the process.
All equipment listed on the website is subject to prior sale, either within or outside of the offer process. If an item of equipment is sold like this Terra will mark it as sold on the website.
When Terra accepts an offer for a piece of equipment, Terra shall advise, within 5 business days of the final submission date (or earlier acceptance of offer), the successful Customer and provide a sales order confirmation for the Customer to execute.
The Customer shall return the signed sales order confirmation within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) of its receipt.
The successful Customer shall arrange for pick-up of the equipment within 5 working days of the sales order execution. Terra shall provide a Tax invoice prior to pick up to facilitate payment.
All equipment shall be paid for by electronic banking transaction prior to the arranged pick up date.
Terra will advise all Customers who were unsuccessful in their offers.
